Wonderful care. Staff are extremely helpful and caring. Food was very good. Just some dishes that I personally wasn't keen on. Overall very happy with my stay.

The care for my Dad was amazing, all staff were so helpful and friendly and could not do enough for him. If you are a resident or visitor they were all so nice. Dad was only a temporary resident for physio care. The rooms were amazing, so comfortable - cosy.
My dad was a resident at Westgate House Care Centre from February to 7th April 2019 when he passed away. I cannot praise the staff and management enough for the kindness and professionalism they showed to my dad and our family at all times. We knew that he was receiving the very best of care from when he arrived until he passed away. I cannot recommend them enough.
My experience with Westgate was very positive. They made me feel very comfortable. All requests were treated with respect and the staff were friendly and helpful. Westgate seems to run well. At times it felt a long wait after a buzzer press. However, I totally understand how stretched the staff are caring for all the residents. Staying here and being cared for so well gave my family great peace of mind. Thank you for all your hard work.
My dad came to Westgate in February, initially for rehabilitation following a broken hip and with inoperable cancer. His health declined and due to the fantastic care he was receiving there, we all agreed he would stay on. Dad was treated with compassion and respect by all staff, at all times. Our family was fully supported, the staff went above and beyond. Dad passed away with dignity and his pain was managed well. Thank you to all at Westgate, from the heart.
My uncle came to Eastgate after a second fall caused a second hip fracture which had occurred during his rehab in hospital after his first hip fractured. Compared to them your rehab centre has been brilliant. Every staff member has shown such care, professionalism and kindness. Thank you so very much.
My mum's experience was brilliant. The care round the clock was excellent and very caring. The room was bright and had everything in it you could need. The food was delicious. Thank you.
