The water pressure from the shower installation, and still is, very low and continues dripping after turning the shower off.
Poor communication as to what and when
While the bathroom remodel was installed quickly, there were gasses in several walls. I reached out and was sent a person to fix them. He did a sloppy job which is requiring myself to fix the walls. For the money I spent i should have a professional job. Also, the hot water know is loose!
I asked a number of times for my warranty documentation. Never received a reply or any documentation.
Lack of communication, windows not ready on time.
Lack of coordination and poor communication resulted in unnecessary delays.
Their service was extremely poor. They did not return phone calls, and it took 14 months to get one window replaced.
I felt the communication was poor throughout most of the project. I consistently was reaching out asking who was my main POC, only to get different responses depending on who I spoke to. The project took about 5 months to complete. We were down a shower for months while waiting for them to correct mistakes they made, and there was very little proactive communication throughout the process.
