this shower took 7 months to be done, we were promised 3 weeks really nothing more to say
Too many communication issues and too many complications to recommend to others.
I felt there were too many emails and different people calling, would have liked it to be less confusing. Just too many things to be signed online.
They didn't fix the shower wall the installer screwed up and still didn't get the vanity I wanted. They lack communication with me and didn't even tell me they weren't going to fix the shower wall, wont give me paper work I've asked for regarding where they come up with their price on bathroom remodel because I didnt what they charged worth. They breached their contract, I'm not satisfied with my bathroom its half done and sloppy!!
Basically everything went wrong with this remodel. Shower door doesn't function as intended.Poor workmanship. It took almost 6 months to complete.
The water pressure from the shower installation, and still is, very low and continues dripping after turning the shower off.
Poor communication as to what and when
While the bathroom remodel was installed quickly, there were gasses in several walls. I reached out and was sent a person to fix them. He did a sloppy job which is requiring myself to fix the walls. For the money I spent i should have a professional job. Also, the hot water know is loose!
I asked a number of times for my warranty documentation. Never received a reply or any documentation.
