I came to Zi Spa for a 75 min weekend Swedish massage and had an amazing experience from beginning to end. At the time of this review, service without gratuity was $155. Upon arrival, finding parking was super easy. They have a giant parking lot shared by businesses. Since I came on a weekend, I'm not sure how it is on weekdays since Zi Spa shares a building with other businesses. Service overall was top notch. Wonderful massage. Nice decor, they spoil you with drinks, little signs to welcome. Nice zen waiting area. I didn't give 5 stars because of the occasional shouting outside the massage room.
First, I love the services I receive from Zi Spa. I've had mania, pedis, massages, body packages and the Queen for the day over the years. But I do think the place needs a face lift in the locker room & Zen lounge. In the locker room, lots of lockers with no keys and no wrist band for them which helps keep track of it in your robe pocket. Some had nothing, some had paper clips attached. My favorite place to spend special occasions, they are friendly and make the entire experience amazing from the moment you step in the door. Staff is professional and the environment (as expected) is relaxing and the views of the river are beautiful.
Visiting from Portland, OR, and I somehow screwed up my back really bad while traveling. I had trouble getting up from bed and knew I had to do something. I had a super limited time frame and they fit myself and my mom in last minute for some quick massages. It was blissful. We're coming back tomorrow

Had a massage with Sarah, and it was one of the best massages I have had. I also love the relaxing atmosphere, and the room you can sit in full of windows after your massage while you drink your complimentary beverage. Staff was all very friendly and helpful, as well.
We had the couples massage and it was perfect! To end the massage we were treated to champagne and a beer for my husband. The shower area was very well stocked with all high end amenities. We will be coming back again.
