Fabulous experience
Bad because of all the tech issues we encountered, but EXCELLENT in the way that Jamie Reavis handled these issues. He was very confident that these problems could be corrected and very tenacious and professional in the way he did it. Very pleasant young man. You have a real asset as an employee in him! I left today with 2 working phones and a big smile.
Jerric did great getting us set up as a new customer. Knowledgeable, efficient and made the experience very comfortable. I always despised going through the process of changing phones and services with Verizon because I felt like they were just out to get me. This experience was not like that at all. Jamie did a fantastic job switching me over to zirrus! I have been in customer service for 15 years, and he calmly and beautifully handled switching all of my phones and transferring all data along with helping walk in customers with ease! I told him, he was a fantastic multi Tasker! Thanks so Much Jamie!!
We came in to switch cell service. Jamie Reavis was our Sales Representative and he made the experience a totally seamless process. He was very knowledgeable and took away the stress of leaving a company we had been with for over 19 years.
