Jamie was great. He got everything set up at my new house for internet service. And then I purchased a new iPhone. He had so much patience and answered all my questions. I've been with Yadtel/Zirrus for 20 years and love the personal customer service that you provide.

Danielle help me in the store. Very nice and answered all my questions. Made me feel like I was the only customer. Took a lot of time with me and made sure I understood how to use my phone bed I left.

Fabulous experience
Bad because of all the tech issues we encountered, but EXCELLENT in the way that Jamie Reavis handled these issues. He was very confident that these problems could be corrected and very tenacious and professional in the way he did it. Very pleasant young man. You have a real asset as an employee in him! I left today with 2 working phones and a big smile.
Jerric did great getting us set up as a new customer. Knowledgeable, efficient and made the experience very comfortable. I always despised going through the process of changing phones and services with Verizon because I felt like they were just out to get me. This experience was not like that at all.
