Dillon (or Dylan not sure) was very helpful. Offered our options from most to least speed, no constant attempt to upsell (which would have caused me to hang up), and did everything needed to get us set-ip
Amanda did a great job explaining about Zirrus internet. She was very personable and answered all questions to our satisfaction. Overall a very positive experience.
Dylan was a great salesman. He displayed great patience and made everything perfectly clear as far as information on the product.
I came into the Yadkinville store to see about purchasing a new phone. I was immediately greeted by Amanda who was very knowledgeable and helped me in choosing a phone and a case. She then turned me over to Dylan and he assisted me with the purchase and set up. Everyone I dealt with was most helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for the excellent experience!
When I first purchased my phones, I thought I was getting an iPhone 14 Pro Max but I only got an I 14 pro I buy a new screen protector for the iPhone 14 pro and it could not be left on the phone for the next customer to purchase the phone with a new screen protector on it , instead, I had to buy another one to put on my new iPhone 14 promax other than that it was overall satisfied with the customer service but I was charged a restocking fee when I told them I wanted an iPhone 14 promax and I got an iPhone 14 Pro instead
