A very informative and pleasant experience
Phenomenal! We were so impressed! Had a night off with my husband and no WIFI! Yes scary! Called and Barry went above and beyond explaining everything and doing ALL he could! Adam the technician came out promptly and was professional, kind , courteous as was Barry! The issue was resolved! Extremely happy! Plan on getting your home security system! Dani was awesome!! So much help guiding me from an old outdated phone into a newer one. Explained everything on the new phone to make it an easy transition. I enjoyed the entire experience! Fast and great customer service. I miss Rita but Dani is my new go to!
