Ended a two decade problem …… Purchased along with a Zodiac pool sweep. For over twenty years been using a similar in line hose filtration product which worked pretty well at catching leaves prior to the pool motor. Had a chronic problem with two pool loving labradors that love to swim. Shedding winter hair. 5.0 out of 5 stars Helps Keep My Pool Clean I bought the Zodiac Leaf Canister as a replacement for my old one that had been in my pool for about six years. It does a great job catching the leaves and debris that get sucked up in the hose.

My only complaint is finding the right connections for it. I had to rig it with tape. No instructions on how what or where to find right connectors from hoses to capsule.

I just received this product today but I am so excited that it has a twist off top so I don't have to struggle anymore. I couldn't get to my pool fast enough to hook it up which was super easy And it started picking up leaves immediately. I wish I had found it sooner.
