A true value for DUI pool owners This product is the best on the market for performance, durability and price. Most pool vacuums get stuck in a corner of the pool and stay immobile. The Zodiac G3 has been designed to both track the bottom of the pool and avoid being disabled . My last Zodiac lasted almost three years. The new G3 is improved and appears to be re-engineered in all the right places. The cost of this product was 25% less than a quote from a local pool supply store.
Way better than a robot vac! 34’ fiberglass pool Bit of a learning curve but works great once process is down!We have a 34’ rectangle fiberglass pool with stairs and ledge border. This is a great vac that will last years and years. I've used the G3 in our small pool for years. It just works. Simple concept with very few parts that could go wrong. Couple with a good inline leaf basket and the only thing you might have to do from time to time is dislodge something that may get stuck in the diaphragm. Best cleaner I've ever bought I've tried every type of pool cleaner including some that cost over $1,000. This one works the best. It doesn't seize up or get stuck on the drain cover. It consistently climbs the walls and the pool has never been cleaner. The hose is great too...it doesn't get tangled up.
Best vacuum Purchased in 2021… still running like a champ. Every year or 2 I replace the diaphragm because suction gets weaker with time and use ($20 for 2). I use this several times a week. After reading all the negative reviewers on this product I’ve surmised they don’t know what they are doing. If you’re going to vacuum up leaves with any vacuum, it is recommended you put a filter between the vacuum and the vacuum line inlet. This way you don’t clog up the plumbing with leaves. Curling hoses The head works fine-the hoses are the problem. It curls up and wouldn’t extend to the shallow part of the pool. I was told by Zodiac that, I should take a 5 days old hoses out and leave it outside under the sun to get straight? Sure I am gonna just do that. Every 5 days I’ll take it out and put it back in a day or two. Like I got nothing better to do.
Perfect replacement piece Sturdy and fits perfectly. Easy to replace - found small flat head screwdrivers help slip the circle over the frame as the last step.
