The Zodiac MX8 Elite is a smart invention, it works well and needs no batteries! It moves to random locations of our pool while scrubbing the pool wall or floor below it, purely driven by the suction of the pool pump. We adjusted the speed into the range by sticking a thick piece of string through the side valve because on the tightest setting it would spring shut and move too fast.
It runs so quiet and works amazing....I love it !!!
