I love this unit. I was worried it wouldn't climb the pool walls sufficiently, but it did so immediately and calmed my fears. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is at lower pump speeds it runs a little slower. All in all this unit fits the bill just fine.

Our old vac died, and I very nearly bought another the same (typical vibrating type). The lady at Pinch a Penny explained that the Zodiac is much quieter. I decided to give it a try and really glad I did. Well worth the $70 extra. It is TOTALLY quiet. We sit out by the pool a lot, especially in the winter months, and I found I would often turn off the vac just to get some piece and quiet. But with the Zodiac, you cannot tell it is running.
