You guys did great.
Have a variable speed pump and found that this vacuum operates well regardless of the speed. Actually, I find that the vacuum hits different areas of the pool better, especially the walls at higher speeds. Our pool is a freestyle pool, which doesn't have one flat, straight surface. It handles it extremely well and the pool looks spotless.
Love the easy of opening it and cleaning out troublesome debris. Love the spinning brushes and tracks.
The machine works very well. I have a built in pedestal table with bench and that Zodiac manages to get in and out of there pretty good. It is slower than the navigator but palm seeds don’t seem bother the Maxi Elite where the navigator just got seeds in the works and quit. I like the looks; color, treads, body shape, the hose is cool. I got my $100 rebate already.. All good. Phil

so far it works great
Only complaint I have is that small pieces of gravel from my lanai kept jamming the vacuum. I had to take it apart 1/2 dozen times to clear the jams. after that, it has worked well with only 1 more jam.
Excellent cleaner...blows the Rebel out of the water!!!!
