What an extraordinary group-from the person who called to fill me in on the cost, the shipping, & of their help with billing should insurance not pay. The day after I got it, was called to see if it had arrived and did I need her to walk me thru how to hook it up! SO rare! Never get to talk to a person much less one that cares enough to take the time to help. Mine is to see if it can elevate Nueropethy (spell?) pain of feet due to Chemo treatments. I had a TENS a few years ago so I was familiar with the device. But obviously technology has improved as did the TENS. I have to say I was experiencing some relief for my back, but was still skeptical. I saw in the paperwork how to put it on your wrists. I have HORRIBLE carpal tunnel bc I was a massage therapist for many years. I had surgery scheduled for that procedure, but was not looking forward to it because it was on my preferred hand, my right.
