I've had nothing short of a great experience with this company. Everyone that I've spoken with has been very helpful and thorough. It seems like one of the few companies of its size to have a good way for patients to call in and get immediate access to live people. I've never had a machine answer and ask to press x for assistance! That goes a long way these days. And the reps on the line were helpful getting me to someone that could help me understand my bill and they were willing to work with me to make sure I could afford my treatment. Thank you Zynex!

There are a lot of different companies trying to sell a lot of different products not only E-Stim, but other pain relief devices/machines thats just facts. Another fact is there is only *ONE* Zynex It even has another whole new function besides stim to help paintes heal..(Alondra-Patient support) Answered my inital call in. Her people skills are amazing. She got me all the info I needed and transferred me to where I needed to go. The lovely person I transferred to was (******-Management) i originally called to complemt one employee, but I met 2 others! I have had 11 ankle surgries on the same foot and for the same injury st 10yrs old. My last surgery an ankle fusion, was In April 2022. So obiously physical therapy was needed. ****** ********* sales lead)Was the representative i came into contact with...she set everything up and taught me what every Thing did, how to use it, and NEVER judged me EVER. etc...This product could eaily sell itself, I got a whole list of other areas I could use to have it quickly pay for itself, if insurance doesnt cover it. From backaches, knee, and everthing in between. ****** even told me to use it. The car if I want! You cant over use it..A big reason why she stood out aside from her amazing personality and genuine vibe. Was that, ****** connected with me on a personal level, and made me feel safe using it. It felt so good for someone to listen to my pain and not let me dismiss myself either. can truthfully say trying it one time with ice, helped better than medications do somtimes! Finally, eventhough I give this porduct an amazing shout out...with ******s could have shown me anything and I wouldve be intrigued. [

Every phone call that I've made was "problem solved". The best part is that no matter who you speak to, the person always has a pleasant voice and bubbly personality. It's too bad other companies don't follow the Zynex code of customer service.

Your team has always been responsive to my questions and offered helpful suggestions. I did, however, have an encounter that puzzled me when I received a demanding letter telling me to return the device. I called because I wanted to properly respond to the letter that was confusing to me I waited on hold for what felt like an hour. A person came on the phone who was very helpful in sorting out the issues. I was very grateful for their help. Instead of sending the device back I learned I now own the device. This was a nice turn of events and eased the stress caused by the letter. I truly appreciated their help in taking care of this matter.
