I didn't think I was going to be able to use the appliance because I have a sensitive gag reflex. I molded it and pushed through. Much to my surprise I did and I feel like I am able to get good sleep and feel well rested each morning. Highly recommend!

My first one broke within a month. The replacement t came and it is just ok. It doesn’t really help with snoring at all for me.

The Zyppah was great, I was getting tired of hearing my wife and my in-laws constantly telling me that they thought I “was going to burst through the wall” with how loud my snoring was so I decided to try and resolve the issue without getting a CPAP. I tried a couple other mouth guards but they seemed flimsy and at times I grind a little bit in my sleep so they did not last.
