Probably my vault after heating it when I put in my mouth I got it cross ways a little bit. it never fit correctly in my mouth.i try using it a few times but just couldn't tolerate it
Tried other mouth guard type appliances and this one is the best. For me, similar results to the tongue suction type, but I tolerate it better.

According to my husband I've been breathing since using it and my snoring has reduced significantly. However it falls out of my mouth sometimes... also, I open my mouth too wide and it falls out of place in my mouth. And because of my overbite it doesn't really stay in place. But according to my smart watch I've been getting deep sleep and REM sleep too. Also for some reason, my right side of my jaw hurts. But it's either that or possibly die in my sleep, so I'll take the jaw issues and all of the falling out of place.

It's okay the fitment in your mouth it's not the great but I haven't been snoring my wife said
Fit is okay. I wake up & feel like I was in an eating contest all night (my jaw & teeth are sore). Must be helping with snoring, wife hasn't left the room since I got it...
