No issues with service directly but frustrated with the lack of regularity for the products offered. I wanted the cleansing foam and the glow in the dark mouthpiece. Neither were in stock. Would at least like to have the option of seeing they are out of stock and applying for a “notify me” for when they are available.
Works great as long it stays in your mouth. I find lot of times during the night that the mouth piece falls out. Even molding to teeth. Has helped though.

Still getting used to it, Have been unable to keep it in my mouth all night but from what my sleep app has shown while it is in my mouth snoring has lessened drastically. Will keep trying to get used to it.

My Zyppah began working the very first night I tried it. I love the simplicity of this solution. It’s easy to pack for travel, too. I do have a few problems with the product, though. I feel that the quality has gone down as the price has gone up. The moldable material does not keep its shape as long as it once did. I have to replace my Zyppah every 4-5 weeks instead of the 3 months advertised. That’s getting expensive.
