Shadelands Post Acute has provided me with excellent care in my stay here. I was in much pain from fractures due to a fall and could do nothing. now I am walking with a walker and also using a wheelchair for support. Nurses on each shift, Lesley, Nitika, Christina, Jeremiah, and CNAs, , EZ, DD, Sarai, ShiLeah, Shirley, Jewel, Stephanie, Julie, and more, have helped me at all shifts and hours of the day.PT and OT are encouraging and patient...Lavina, Yashvi, Rachel, Kashvi, Jeffrie...and more have helped me so much! I have been In Shadelands Post Acute two times now. The first time I was here 12/2023 - 4/2024. My most recent stay was from 3/2026 - 4/2026. I love this facility, because it is well kept, clean and the staff members and services are second to none! I love how staff members willingly cover for each other during lunch breaks, busy times, etc.). I never experienced any rudeness or problems from any employee at Shadelands. Shadelands will ALWAYS be my first choice for Post Acute care.
Babylyn's efforts are rated a five-star!!! Baby exceeded all expectations. Great consistent attitude and doesn't complain about anything. She is dependable! Best of luck to Baby! Lou Williams
This is an outstanding facility. It starts right away with the friendly and helpful receptionists, Marsha and Fey. Fey drug a huge and heavy amazon order to my room and put it away for me. Marsha laughs at my silly jokes. The nurses and nurse assistants respond quickly, listen to your requests and treat you with respect and kindness. Nurse Melanie and nurse assistant Ariel stand out in this area. The food is good and and nutritious. It is seasoned very well. My husband and and our family have had excellent service and care at Shadelands. The CNAs and RNs have been kind, respectful and skilled at their jobs. The food and singers have been wonderful. Thank you all for your service. Room 11
Things are very good and everyone is very kind. To demand a certain length seems to defeat the purpose.
Mo mother stayed at Shadelands Post Acute located in Walnut Creek for approximately 2 months (pelvis fracture). The facility is equip, clean and comfortable for guests and family. The staff is great in that they are compassionated and experienced to assist patients with recovery. IIn particular dealing with my mother who could be difficult to manage :) Sorry Mom!
