Physical rehab excellent one on one trainers. The facility is spotless daily room cleaning makes it 10 in my books. The food is excellent. I would highly recommend Shadelands. Don Belding

On my first day back from the hospital after surgery, I was in a lot of pain and couldn't sit up from a lying position on my own. The kind and compassionate care from the staff was extremely helpful, so much so that after three weeks, I have recovered much of the strength I had lost." In addition, the engaging recreational and entertainment activities made the time go by much faster for patients." Of course, any organization can always improve, but overall they did a great job."

Shadeland's postacute has been an amazing positive experience!! I can't believe how unbelievable this rehab center has been. My mother fell and broke her leg and was there for three months during that time she received the very best care from all of the staff that worked to there her medical assistant Stephanie took such amazing care with her. First, and most importantly, everyone gets a private room. I was in the facility for 2 1/2 months and having my own room was the best benefit. The care that you receive is 10 out of 10!! I have to mention the name of one nurse in particular...Trina. She really showed me, everyday, how caring she could be. All of the RN's and CNA's were excellent, but Trina was special! Obviously I do not ever want to need post acute care again, but I would only choose Shadelands again if I did.

Shadelands Post Acute has provided me with excellent care in my stay here. I was in much pain from fractures due to a fall and could do nothing. now I am walking with a walker and also using a wheelchair for support. Nurses on each shift, Lesley, Nitika, Christina, Jeremiah, and CNAs, , EZ, DD, Sarai, ShiLeah, Shirley, Jewel, Stephanie, Julie, and more, have helped me at all shifts and hours of the day.PT and OT are encouraging and patient...Lavina, Yashvi, Rachel, Kashvi, Jeffrie...and more have helped me so much! I have been In Shadelands Post Acute two times now. The first time I was here 12/2023 - 4/2024. My most recent stay was from 3/2026 - 4/2026. I love this facility, because it is well kept, clean and the staff members and services are second to none! I love how staff members willingly cover for each other during lunch breaks, busy times, etc.). I never experienced any rudeness or problems from any employee at Shadelands. Shadelands will ALWAYS be my first choice for Post Acute care.
