This facility has treated me with care the staff here are amazing. Some people I would like to mention. The facility is terrific, this is my second time here and I am pleased with all the people that work here. Everyone here is considerate. The food here is delicious. The place is spotless, and the laundry team is quick and efficient. I love it! The therapy is terrific they work really hard and know exactly what I need. Every department is wonderful.
This is very good facility, my care needs have been met. The CNA's that have taken care of me are great: Kaitlyn and Alyssa. The Nurses: Andrei and Nora have also been great. This facility has met my care needs. I am currently staying here right now currently one month in and exceeded my expectation.
Great care, Judith even allows my cat to visit. I highly recommend Shadelands. Staff is very helpful.
My 89-year-old mom was here for 3 months healing from a broken shoulder and a blood infection. We were truly amazed at the great experience she had. We have never seen a facility with such caring, professional staff. She had her own private room with a shower bathroom. When she couldn't get out of bed on her own, they provided a Hoyer Lift to assist in transition to either bathroom or wheelchair. My husband received phenomenal care during his 10-week stay. Special thanks to nurses Nora, Andrei, and Do; CNAs Frosten and Marshall; and OTs Khavish and Jeff. Special thanks to PTs Caleb and Jeannie - all are a credit to their professions. Thank you to Arcel and Madeleine for providing such a warm and homey atmosphere during such a difficult time. I would be remiss if I didn't thank the housekeeping staff; they kept everything clean and sparkly and were very sweet.
