This is an outstanding facility. It starts right away with the friendly and helpful receptionists, Marsha and Fey. Fey drug a huge and heavy amazon order to my room and put it away for me. Marsha laughs at my silly jokes. The nurses and nurse assistants respond quickly, listen to your requests and treat you with respect and kindness. Nurse Melanie and nurse assistant Ariel stand out in this area. The food is good and and nutritious. It is seasoned very well. My guardian angel must have been looking the other way when I broke my hip but she more than made up for it by getting me into this facility. The scrupulous attention of staff to my needs is extraordinary. Thanks to their vigilance and guidance, I've been able to regain much of my previous mobility in a week. The physical therapy and occupational therapy staff work with me every day, incrementally adjusting exercises to increase my mobility. And did I mention the food? My husband and and our family have had excellent service and care at Shadelands. The CNAs and RNs have been kind, respectful and skilled at their jobs. The food and singers have been wonderful. Thank you all for your service. Room 11
Things are very good and everyone is very kind. To demand a certain length seems to defeat the purpose.
Mo mother stayed at Shadelands Post Acute located in Walnut Creek for approximately 2 months (pelvis fracture). The facility is equip, clean and comfortable for guests and family. The staff is great in that they are compassionated and experienced to assist patients with recovery. IIn particular dealing with my mother who could be difficult to manage :) Sorry Mom! The care at Shadelands is amazing . Been here now three times and would recommend it to anyone. First class!
