Everybody does their job and staff try their best to address the needs of the residents and to make sure they are comfortable. The facility is modern and spacious and very clean! What a great facility!

What a beautiful place to recover from hospitalization or a place to stay when you need medical and nursing care. Spacious and beautiful private rooms. Caring and attentive staff. A gret team to handle your medical and nursing needs. Deserving a 5 stars facility.

PT and OT are great. They have worked hard to improve my strength, help me stand and I know I will walk soon. The CNA's, RN's work very hard to take care of everyone, even though they seem understaffed at times. They do have fun activities daily for those who like those things.

Trellis Paradise deserves my highest praise. The staff, particularly DOMINIC, AMPARO, and AMELIA, went above and beyond. My father was extremely satisfied with the care he received and the facilities. I highly recommend Trellis Paradise to anyone looking for a reliable and caring environment for their loved ones.

Quality care is a 5/5. Nurses and CNAs were great, kind, and you can really tell their dedication for what they do. Therapy team was amazing and the facility is new, big, bright and most importantly clean!

I am a Las Vegas entertainer who performs 4 shows on average per week at different senior facilities throughout the Las Vegas area and in Southern Utah. I have a client list of several dozen locations that range from senior apartment and housing communities to assisted living and memory care facilities. This is by far the best facility my mother has been in. Even being short staffed, 95% of the employees are smiling and laughing. Activities kept her involved: games, crafts, live entertainment... PT & OT were awesome. The only issue was the food dept. My mom has a food allergy. Had to get angry the 4th time.

I just want to take a moment to share how great this facility was to my mother and myself. She was a patient here for over 60 days. She was recovering from a major surgery and also has a few other challenges including dementia. They have a great routine for the patients and the facility is clean as can be. I was always greeted by a smile at the front desk. I tried to be their everyday to remind her of where she was. She is very tricky to care for and they handled it like pros.
