Having a family member in the hospital is stressful and trying to figure out what comes after is even worse. Thankfully, we received a call from Jessica inviting us to come tour the facility and Giovanna came to visit my grandfather and I at bedside and provided us even more information. Upon admission, we discovered what a beautiful building Trellis is. They have all private rooms and the grounds are extremely clean. Case management was so helpful with resources. Such a beautiful building. It's truly one of the nicest facilities I have ever seen. When you walk in you are greeted with friendly front desk personal. The facility is so clean and has a clean smell. I love the rehab gym because they have a huge wall full of windows that make it so bright and cheerful. This facility is definitely top notch and I recommend it.

They are amazing, they helped my father out in a very difficult situation with my father, they took him right in and got to work immediately on setting him up with proper care. The rehab staff is just wonderful, the administration is on the ball and got everything taken care of so quickly! The grounds are beautiful and the care teams are so helpful!

My sister was sent here from the hospital because she had an external icd and they were one of the few who knew how to handle that. Out of the list of places she could go, this was rated the best. If you care about the person who comes here, know you need to be MORE on top of things than other places. My sister was diabetic. When i questioned her increased shakes (like parkinsons) i asked them to take her blood sugar especially since dinner was served. If I could give zero stars I would. A relative of mine spent time there, suffering from the lack of any real care, being lied to with incorrect and sometimes intentionally false information given, such as to resolve financial problems that required leaving the facility to do so, (the bank wouldn't work with them unless they came in person.) that due to policies that are nonsense, they were not allowed to deal with this. I went there for physical therapy it took 6 days to start therapy they never gave us water even though we asked 2nd day I need to go to bathroom 2 hours later still no answer crawled to bathroom pulled myself on to the toilet when done pulled emergency bell waited for a hour no answer got of toilet crawled in to bed 2nd day same problem again got up used bathroom called pull red cord waited 1 1/2 hour no response took matters in hands got up got to go to bed used wall for support it wasn't a wall but a barn door that slides ... read more

The facility is beautiful However, the care there is awful. Patients are left un cared for, left to sit in soiled bed, because staff does not check on them enough. Please do not send your loved ones there.

This place is awful! The way the patients are neglected, left sitting in urine. My dad was in there, and he fell in the bathroom and was left on the floor for hours until someone found him. Please do not send your loved one there. I only gave it a one star cause I could not put a zero star.

I'm so glad people know the real truth about this place it hasn't changed my mother was here and worst place ever Unfortunately my mother never got to come home she passed away Hmm Please think twice before putting a lived one in this place . Btw the positive reviews are from current n former employees that worked there and their families . Btw 0 stars would be given Shame on this place !!!
