We loved our... (Verified Renter) We loved our time at 2700 Charlotte, the office staff were aways very friendly and quickly resolved the few issues we did have in our 2 years living there. Denise and Christine went above and beyond for us and treated us and our pup like family!

The only thing... (Verified Renter) The only thing I really don't like is that it' super loud with outside noises. The windows are not sealed right and/or let in so much street noise. And I don't live off the main road.
All the amenities... (Verified Renter) All the amenities are great and the location is perfect. A short Uber to anywhere downtown is exactly what we were looking for.

The parking garage... (Verified Renter) The parking garage is great, with a parking floor for each apartment floor. I do not think Valet living is necessary and could be an optional extra cost thing ideally.
