We went on valentines to celebrate my sons bday. It was really bad service. Saw a lot of tables that seemed to get much better service. I had to ask 3 times to get a Dr Pepper. And no happy birthday either. I have come here before and got great service.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼😞😞😞😞

Waiter later saw I hadn't touched it, I replied that I did, and it was horrible. They took off a percentage of the total bill, I left my standard tip for $50 bucks spent. Saw the server for the order and to pick up the check. Four other people came to drop off food and drink. I was told by another staff member the reason why I was having such bad service was because the server was sat with a large party. The issues were long before the large party was sat. Having been in service industry in my experience large parties were not sat with servers who ... read more

I had my birthday dinner here last night and was given a birthday card with a $25 gift card to Starbucks. It was left on the table and I went back to get my card and it was gone. I asked if anyone picked it up when the table was cleaned and they said no. It's disappointing to know that someone would take someone else's birthday gift😡 At the Live Oak, Tx location
