Arrived at 6:35pm its now 8:00pm....the hostess said 45 mins......they are waiting for 2 women to leave to sit our party of 8......hahahaha.....then the remedy is we can sit yall down across from the busy kitchen....the manager Mr. Bobbie Ramos.....his stance....we were real busy.....okkkkkkk
Staff was rude. Over 1 hour wait with half a dozen empty tables. I won't be back.
My cousin her 15month old and I just walked out before even taking a seat due to the the employees. If a table of two with a child come in and at start are sat at a two top table #30 to be exact. With a floor with no full sections it's uncalled for servers to be unable to handle and nor for numerous of tables to be dirty. We had 3 different people serve us, who were not communicating with each other, and we were only a table of three, so much confusion ... uugghhh
We had to ask for table service. Asked for baked potato soup and when it finally arrived it was cold. I ordered ribs and steak, was awesome but potato was halfway cooked. Sangria was good. Might try it again....
The service was good. I was told 1 1/2 to 2 hr wait & only waited almost an hour not quite. The food was a little cold. I love this place but this location not so good. It was a bit pricy for the quality of food!.... thank god for the good service or it would've been a complete disaster!
Had a good time but food was mediocre and was livid to learn the waitress failed to discount our bill 20% after I gave her my coupon!
Overpriced for what you get. 3 people in our party and the bill was a bit above 65. With tip, it was 75. That's 25 bucks a person and we all got waters, one app, three plates and two mini desserts. The ribs and shrimp for 16.49$ is a joke. 8 tiny shrimp on a skewer and a small portion of ribs. If that was a half rack, I'd be scared to see the full rack. 12.99 for chicken alfredo is a waste too. When my wife and I came in we had to wait to sit (5 mins normal) but when we asked what we would like to drink it took far to long. At least an additional 15 mins. The food took longer to come out, 2 young lady's who work there were so busy talking about there day at work they didn't bother to say Hi or Good bye or anything of that matter. Our Waitress looked like she was to afraid to talk to us for what ever reason, A couple that sat behind us left. (Probably got tired of waiting as well).
