My daughters wings were bloody inside that we send them back n got a burger but had to take it home all my family were done eating... It took a while to get her burger
Bad cheap fast food, bad and too sweet drinks. Not worthy
There were multiple tables that were empty, half of them dirty and we still had to wait 20 mins to be seated. The waitress was slow, drinks came after quite a few minutes, the ice was melted in all of them. We waited a long time for the food and never got a refill. My husband finally asked her for drink refills and she brought him a tea in a cup to go. I guess she was ready for us to leave and she didn't bother to refill any other drinks. We won't be back. The atmosphere was great, but the service left something to be desired. We ordered drinks that took 20 minutes to come and the order wasn't correct, so yet another 10 minutes. Understandable if it's a busy hour, but it was 1:30pm!
Service was terrible wait was ridiculous!! Can't recall the last time I had such terrible service SMH
Good only the service is change the food Cold and the waitress was not very attentive
I used the Express to Go: yesterday... WORST customer service ever! The two young ladies- who refused to provide their first names, never greeted me and looked at me as if I was a bother to them (I'm only a paying customer who helps provide a paycheck to you ladies but PLEASE continue to be rude!) *Then served me an order of COLD food! So... Yeah- I don't think I'll be going back there... ever!
Terrible service food wasn't great and my daughter ordered a drink was straight lemonade. The bartender wobbles out saying he can remake but not with the liquor in and mind you she didn't sip much of it. It was my birthday had a crown stating this had to point it out. I didn't get a birthday dessert or any bread. I won't be going there again ..... EVER
