This was the 3rd time going back since December and I can promise you that we will NOT be back..Its sad when your order is never cooked right and then we get our salad with our meal#?#? Instead of getting them before your meal..I dont like leaving bad reviews but this place should NOT stay open..The manager was friendly and tried to help but 3 strikes and your OUT�
Worst employment they don't care about you even when you fall on the floor and lay you off for a real sh.tty reason will never be back hear ever again
Went thinking it would be a great place to watch March Madness. Halfway through the Ohio State Vs Gonzaga game, they switched it to Motorcross..... Asked why they said because one customer wanted it on. ???? We closed out ASAP and went across the street to Pluckers where they had all the games on.
My husband and I came here tonight, we come here often and typically it's an okay experience besides the often slow service. We like to sit at the bar area and all the tables were taken so sat at the actual bar. Service tonight was really bad. The employees at the bar were ridiculously immature and inconsiderate of their guests. There was a group of 3 people sitting next to us who apparently were familiar with the staff. Worst service ever and orderd a $20 steak medium came out well done and like leather, ordered chicken Alfredo and it came out without the chicken drinks took 20 min to get ,management was as bad as the server and the food , wouldn't go back it it was free worst restaurant ever
It was awful my daughter order chicken Alfredo it came out with no chicken, my hubby got the filet mino med rare, it came out well done. Waited 30 minutes for him another steak & the manager didn't even take a .10 off... it was a bad birthday dinner for my daughter & the worst meal ever ... not to mention we spent 104.67
My husband and I had lunch there yesterday. I wanted to order potato but was told they Didn’t have any . Say what!!! So I ordered the two taco lunch with rice. I got 3 tacos, which I thought I read two tacos , figured I read it wrong . The rice was awful, so dry it was like they microwaved it. Then when I got the bill I was charged $3 more for a three taco platter. We won’t go back.
In general the service in regards to the waiters and waitresses have to do better . It's hit and miss . I told my waiter bring me a side order of bake potato with the extras on the side but that didn't happen . When I asked for them as he came back around I finally got it ten minutes later . The service has slipped on the restaurant side . The bar side does better especially when sitting at the bar .
I never leave bad reviews--rarely complain at all--but I'd give them a zero if I could. We come here ALL THE TIME....4 or 5 times a month. After a recent visit--I won't be back. No hostess up front, no assigned server, dirty tables everywhere, lots of waiting, glasses so dirty you could rub the smudge off the inside with your thumb (nasty), waited for refills (since we had no server to tell about the problem), limes served on to go cup lids, lukewarm food, a bloody well done cheeseburger, no server to tell about it-- though ... read more
