Awful experience. First time there. Lady rolled her eyes at me when I ordered a hot tea. Didn't bring it. After the appetizer still no drinks. Finally she comes back to take our order and tells me she needs the manager to get the box of tea it's on a high shelf, but first wants to take our orders... okay, lady but I'm super thirsty at this point. Service 4 stars food 2 stars. Service was friendly but slow. He was hustling but had too many tables. I had a burger that was cold, dry, and hard. Horrible! My friends had wings that were also cold and not very good. My wife had a salad that was very large and she enjoyed it. Now the seating is very confusing. The bar is open seating with 3-4 open tables. There was a backup at the door of people waiting. The door greeters not proactive or very friendly.

This was our first time here as we were looking for something other than Texas Roadhouse. Be sure and sign up for the rewards club. Speaking of that, you need to give your server the code that you get when you check in on your phone, That code gets you your rewards. If you don't give them the code, they can't go back and fix it. You just lose that visit. My wife and daughter had the two can dine. It was $37.50 which basically gets you an appetizer, 2 entrees and a dessert for $37.50. So I have been to this location three times (twice for dinner and once for late night happy hour). I love the tater kegs for an appetizer. Dipping them in ranch is simply Delicious. Then for dinner I usually get the spinach alfredo pasta (I forgot the exact name). Neither when disappointed me. Each waiter/waitress that I get has always been nice and had great customer service. They have an outdoor patio that gets pretty rowdy... but they're having fun! Ambiance is nice for date night or dinner with friends.

One star is rating high. Went to one in Dallas Fantastic best prime rib sandwich I have ever had. Came to this location. Nasty dry worst sandwich ever. There is no comparison. The cooks need to go to Dallas and learn how to cook.

So I have placed several Togo orders with 54th Street and each time it is perfect and ready at the time provided. I usually get the chicken sandwich with bacon, garlic aioli sauce and a sesame seed bun with sweet potato fries...oh my goodness it's terrific!! The sandwich is so big I can get 2 meals out of it and I'm not a little eater or a petite woman. This last time I got my youngest a kids steak and was questioning his decision; however it was great! This was my 4th time and my last time at this place, the first-time was grand opening, everything was great, fresh cooked and just great. 2nd was just OK, 3rd was just fair, burger was definitely precooked, and this time "The Last Time" the food was not fresh and also cold, everything was precooked hours ago, I sent the $14.50 burger and cold fries back and again, when the waiter brought it out it was all cold, what a joke.
