We travel for softball, and by far this is the BEST place to eat all together all season! The female manager working today welcomed us with with open arms, accommodated all our needs, bussed the tables with her team and sat all of us (24) in a matter of minutes. Her staff was amazing! All season long eating out has been a beating, but today was great! We got to relax and recharge!

Usually, we enjoy coming here for a decent burger and cold beer. On Monday, however, that forever changed. Of course, with staff shortages, waiting times can be annoying. How about this. We were seated and ordered a beer and whiskey punch at about 1:10. At 1:53, we STILL were sitting without our drinks!! 43 minutes and nothing. Needless to say, that was it. We were leaving. I complained to the hostess and she said our drinks were sitting at the bar!!! Goodbye, that's all she wrote. Never again. See ya!!!!!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! We had a large party last night , 17 people, and your staff was amazing! We had a short wait before being seated. We sat down , our servers were kind and professional. We had our drinks and appetizers right away. We ordered and our food was quick to arrive and all together. We had an excellent experience and can't thank you all enough!!

They had completely terrible service. Very slow, forgetful, neglectful, rude. Our glasses were dirty. Plates were never cleared. Inasked for no cheese on the Brussel sprouts we ordered. They came with cheese. The waitress basically called me a liar, saying I never requested it. The baked potato was cold and rock hard. Shrimp fajita was decent, that's all. The tortilla soup was a disgusting watery mess. The restrooms were in massive need of cleaning.

This place is ok at best. It's one of the few places with a large bar in Mansfield. They have a number of beers on tap. The food is ok. Lots of pub food but the menu really does have a lot of choices on it. I honestly think their salads are one of the better things on the menu. They are quite large so I wish there was a smaller size though.

Quickly becoming the worst restaurant in Mansfield. We've been regulars up here for a long time & have finally decided to cut the cord. After multiple visits of terrible, terrible service, it's no longer worth our time, money & patience. Through a combination of being short-staffed and having awful servers, we never fail to wait 10 minutes to be waited on, 45 minutes for food and another 30 minutes for our check. The cherry on top is none of the staff here gives a darn, including the manager.

Thank you, Imori, ( our awesome waitress), for a great experience. The food here is excellent, the staff and management caring. Imori is so knowledgeable and for first time visitors, it helped a lot. If you like fried mushrooms with a twist, definitely try these. They huge, well flavored and a truly notable dipping sauce.

This is one of those difficult reviews to post. One of those reviews that you really tried not to write, tried to give the positive a chance to outshine the not-so-positive. Firstly, it needs to be said that the front staff is generally without fault, and it doesn't take much effort to see that these guys are getting things done.
