Casual work lunch ... sort of. Thought we'd try this place out for our Friday lunch out before knocking off early. Notice the trend on Friday's? Ha. Sat at the bar today. Was nice and open. The atmosphere was really nice. Lot of sports TV going on, outdoor area was open to the inside which allowed some nice fresh air to circulate. That was nice. Main dining area was large. Our family of 7 went to this restaurant last night. We have always enjoyed going but last night was a disaster. The kitchen definitely needs to step up. Our meal was delivered piecemeal. The first three were delivered. Of the three two were returned because they were cold. 6 minutes later a meal was delivered, steak and baked potato-cold- would not even melt the butter. Waited more than an hour. Was initially told 35 minutes. Asked how much longer and they said when a table comes available, not did the two hostess care about us or the other 15 people waiting. Will never go back. This is my third time there and only been able to get a table one time, terrible service.

I ordered the Atlantic Salmon and the baked potato was not edible. It was disgusting. I can't believe 54th Street served such a "thing." If my food wasn't delivered, and if I had the time, I would have returned that burned greasy potato to the restaurant. **SEE THE PICS.

I've eaten at the Mansfield 54th Street at least 30 times. The food is always delicious and service is excellent. They have a great happy hour, as well. You have to try the tater kegs, from the appetizers menu. Audrey G. was our server today, and she was awesome!

Went there on Sunday the crab cakes were awful hardly and crab meat to them. We got chicken wings that weee undercooked you could see red in the middle. We also had the prime rib French dip. Where was the meat? Barely any. I do not recommend at all

THIS DESERVES ZERO STARS!! After a long day a work + a zoom meeting, my husband ordered takeout online. 2 blackened ribeyes (med. well), loaded baked potatoes & salad. The steak had NO seasoning on it. They were rare (not med.) and the potatoes barely had any fixings. We tried to stomach a couple of bites but was just SUPER disappointed in the meal all together. I called up here and ordered for my elderly mom and aunt because they asked who I thought had a great chicken fried steak. This is Saturday and I know they were busy, but I still ordered. After waiting over 45 minutes for the to-go order, I finally got the food. Got back and my mom and aunt were waiting and said this is chicken fried chicken, not steak.
