I've eaten at the Mansfield 54th Street at least 30 times. The food is always delicious and service is excellent. They have a great happy hour, as well. You have to try the tater kegs, from the appetizers menu. Audrey G. was our server today, and she was awesome!
Went there on Sunday the crab cakes were awful hardly and crab meat to them. We got chicken wings that weee undercooked you could see red in the middle. We also had the prime rib French dip. Where was the meat? Barely any. I do not recommend at all
THIS DESERVES ZERO STARS!! After a long day a work + a zoom meeting, my husband ordered takeout online. 2 blackened ribeyes (med. well), loaded baked potatoes & salad. The steak had NO seasoning on it. They were rare (not med.) and the potatoes barely had any fixings. We tried to stomach a couple of bites but was just SUPER disappointed in the meal all together. I called up here and ordered for my elderly mom and aunt because they asked who I thought had a great chicken fried steak. This is Saturday and I know they were busy, but I still ordered. After waiting over 45 minutes for the to-go order, I finally got the food. Got back and my mom and aunt were waiting and said this is chicken fried chicken, not steak. Always love stopping by for happy hour for a couple drinks and some appetizers on a week night. Everyone is always personable and accommodating.
Our server was great, and the atmosphere is nice. The food is what made me give three stars. My son loved the chicken tenders, but everything else was not seasoned well. It was rather disappointing considering the menu is very appealing.
Went here for lunch and with 4 others and 3 of us us needed up with hair in our food. Manager didn't seem to concerned. Won't be going back here.
The fries are SUPER tasty. Lately, I've been getting the Scratch Veggie Burger because the black bean patty is really good; the Cuban mustard had the perfect tang to complement the flavors of the burger. I've had it with a bun and without, and both were good in my book. It's a pricey option, but worth keeping in the rotation for when you have a strong craving for it
Too many choices on the menu. Came with a large group that order a wide variety of options. All was "ok", but it is definitely a jack of all trades, but master of none scenario.
