I called up here and ordered for my elderly mom and aunt because they asked who I thought had a great chicken fried steak. This is Saturday and I know they were busy, but I still ordered. After waiting over 45 minutes for the to-go order, I finally got the food. Got back and my mom and aunt were waiting and said this is chicken fried chicken, not steak. Always love stopping by for happy hour for a couple drinks and some appetizers on a week night. Everyone is always personable and accommodating.
Our server was great, and the atmosphere is nice. The food is what made me give three stars. My son loved the chicken tenders, but everything else was not seasoned well. It was rather disappointing considering the menu is very appealing.
Went here for lunch and with 4 others and 3 of us us needed up with hair in our food. Manager didn't seem to concerned. Won't be going back here.
The fries are SUPER tasty. Lately, I've been getting the Scratch Veggie Burger because the black bean patty is really good; the Cuban mustard had the perfect tang to complement the flavors of the burger. I've had it with a bun and without, and both were good in my book. It's a pricey option, but worth keeping in the rotation for when you have a strong craving for it
Too many choices on the menu. Came with a large group that order a wide variety of options. All was "ok", but it is definitely a jack of all trades, but master of none scenario.
We travel for softball, and by far this is the BEST place to eat all together all season! The female manager working today welcomed us with with open arms, accommodated all our needs, bussed the tables with her team and sat all of us (24) in a matter of minutes. Her staff was amazing! All season long eating out has been a beating, but today was great! We got to relax and recharge!
Usually, we enjoy coming here for a decent burger and cold beer. On Monday, however, that forever changed. Of course, with staff shortages, waiting times can be annoying. How about this. We were seated and ordered a beer and whiskey punch at about 1:10. At 1:53, we STILL were sitting without our drinks!! 43 minutes and nothing. Needless to say, that was it. We were leaving. I complained to the hostess and she said our drinks were sitting at the bar!!! Goodbye, that's all she wrote. Never again. See ya!!!!!!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!! We had a large party last night , 17 people, and your staff was amazing! We had a short wait before being seated. We sat down , our servers were kind and professional. We had our drinks and appetizers right away. We ordered and our food was quick to arrive and all together. We had an excellent experience and can't thank you all enough!!
