Good: This was my wife's second time here, my first time. They told us a 30 minute wait, which turned out to be only about 10 minutes. I had the steak and cheese, she had the prime rib sandwich. Food tasted really good. Bread on the sandwiches was terrific. Not so good: Out waiter must have been new. Didn't bring out the correct drinks. Mixed up our two orders. Customer service wasn't the best. Server didn't know much about the menu or the beers on Draft. The Happy Hour menu was extremely misleading. The prices for "Domestic" Drafts doesn't include Blue Moon despite it being made in Colorado.. Then what does domestic even mean. The "house" cocktail price doesn't include Moscow mules despite being made with house Vodka. The food itself was mediocre at best. The lemon pepper wings were full of pepper and light on the lemon. Staff super friendly and wonderful! Service was good and manager was very quick and attentive. We ordered calamari for an appetizer but they ended up being out so we got fries instead. They were mediocre. Crispy and fresh but not seasoned very well. The cheese dip was thick but not very flavorful. For the entrees we ordered the soup + sandwich combo and the spinach artichoke pasta. Gotta give the place kudos for atmosphere but this was my 2nd visit in 4 months and I don't think I'll try again. 1:30 lunch and friend and I sat at the bar in order to be seated quickly. We both ordered the soup and 1/2 sandwich. Potato soup was cold for both of us, lukewarm would be pushing it. We did not send it back as we were under time crunch. Atmosphere and service were good. We went early 5pm on a Sunday and the wait time was less than 30 minutes for a party of 6. The kids meals were the highlight. Entree, side and dessert for a reasonable price. However we were disappointed with the rest of the meal. I had the Havana club which was dry and flavorless. The snapper was over cooked and under seasoned. The steaks and ribs were cooked well yet they were also under seasoned. We love this place and have never had a bad experience! Food is amazing and we love the large assortment of beers. It's one of our favorite places to go! Don't listen to the haters. Due to this restaurant opening at the beginning of covid, and still holding strong today, they're obviously amazing!

I really wanted to give them 3.5 stars, but there's no halfsies so here's the lowdown. The veggie burger was awesome. It was one of the most flavorful that I have had due to the garlic aioli and spicy mustard and pepper jack. The fries were well seasoned. As for the cheeseburger from the lunch menu, they forgot to give my husband cheese and to fix it, they brought out a cold piece of cheese to put on the burger, which of course made it less than warm. This place can be described as a pretty busy chillis. Is the food to die for? No. But it's good for the price. What really keeps me coming back here is the drinks and environment. It's a great place to meet friends and hangout.

Nice spot. This was my first visit, with my aunts and cousins. It was a Saturday, so we had a short wait- but nothing serious. The hostess was friendly, our waitress was sweet. Everyone loved their food. Mine, was okay- I'm a vegetarian so, I didn't have a lot of options, but I made it work. Hey, the gringo sauce (I think that is what it was called) was great with those seasoned waffle fries. I did see a veggie burger on the menu- I will try it out on my next visit!
