The absolute worst customer service ever. Put name on waiting list stating 45 min wait by staff. Receive text and enter building in 3 min I am told I have now been dropped from list and I can add it again and wait another 55 min. I WILL NEVER ATTEMPT TO GO THERE AGAIN. I give them a great big Zero

This was my first time here, it looks like a nice Buffalo Wild Wings. We got the nachos as an appetizer and they were pretty good. I had the prime rib French dip and fries and the French dip was incredible. No real issues, they messed up order so gave us a free cake. I'd definitely go back.

The staff and service was excellent, the one good thing. We had 4 orders, the best of which was the veggie burger. The Havana club was basically inedible from bread to pulled pork it was dry and served cold same with chicken sandwiches. Fries and onion rings were barely warm. They obviously have some kitchen issues.

It's a cool and convenient place to meet up for drinks or food. The bar area is nice and has a outdoor area to eat by there fire. The food is pretty good nothing crazy to rave about,and the drinks are standard.

I had the crab cakes as an appetizer and they were tender and got. They were delious. I also had the avocado burger. The avacodo was fresh and the burger was very favorable.

Goodness!! Let me tell you about these "rules" here. Met a group of people up here about 5 PM. Had drinks until about 6 PM. All ordered food. Others joined about 7 PM ~ also ordered food up until about 8 PM. Awaiting Mavericks Play-Offs game that stated about 8:30 PM. 9:30 rolls around mid-game and this establishment asserts they have "rules" that they can't serve the table if we haven't had food on table for 2 hours..... Good: This was my wife's second time here, my first time. They told us a 30 minute wait, which turned out to be only about 10 minutes. I had the steak and cheese, she had the prime rib sandwich. Food tasted really good. Bread on the sandwiches was terrific. Not so good: Out waiter must have been new. Didn't bring out the correct drinks. Mixed up our two orders. Customer service wasn't the best. Server didn't know much about the menu or the beers on Draft. The Happy Hour menu was extremely misleading. The prices for "Domestic" Drafts doesn't include Blue Moon despite it being made in Colorado.. Then what does domestic even mean. The "house" cocktail price doesn't include Moscow mules despite being made with house Vodka. The food itself was mediocre at best. The lemon pepper wings were full of pepper and light on the lemon. Staff super friendly and wonderful! Service was good and manager was very quick and attentive. We ordered calamari for an appetizer but they ended up being out so we got fries instead. They were mediocre. Crispy and fresh but not seasoned very well. The cheese dip was thick but not very flavorful. For the entrees we ordered the soup + sandwich combo and the spinach artichoke pasta.
