I was expecting better service. The food was good, and they have a large selection of draft beers but when it comes down to service, it was very lacking. We had to ask multiple times for drinks, napkins and even our check. I'm still waiting for that side of guacamole, which we ordered when we first ordered our meal we asked for it again, but never got it. We also asked for silverware but they didn't have any because they were still rolling them up. However there where 3 hostess standing by waiting to do something.

I don't typically write a bad review, but I was very unhappy with 54th Street. I went from the app to the website to get on the waiting list. I entered all the information and it said it was a 15 min wait with 4 groups ahead of me. I timed it to arrive at the restaurant just before the wait time. Parking was a challenge as the lot was full. I and a friend waited in the seating area waiting for my phone to go off, letting us know our table was ready. Great food and great service. I haven't tried anything here yet that I didn't like. The waitstaff has been great every time we have been.

The absolute worst customer service ever. Put name on waiting list stating 45 min wait by staff. Receive text and enter building in 3 min I am told I have now been dropped from list and I can add it again and wait another 55 min. I WILL NEVER ATTEMPT TO GO THERE AGAIN. I give them a great big Zero

This was my first time here, it looks like a nice Buffalo Wild Wings. We got the nachos as an appetizer and they were pretty good. I had the prime rib French dip and fries and the French dip was incredible. No real issues, they messed up order so gave us a free cake. I'd definitely go back.

The staff and service was excellent, the one good thing. We had 4 orders, the best of which was the veggie burger. The Havana club was basically inedible from bread to pulled pork it was dry and served cold same with chicken sandwiches. Fries and onion rings were barely warm. They obviously have some kitchen issues.

It's a cool and convenient place to meet up for drinks or food. The bar area is nice and has a outdoor area to eat by there fire. The food is pretty good nothing crazy to rave about,and the drinks are standard.

I had the crab cakes as an appetizer and they were tender and got. They were delious. I also had the avocado burger. The avacodo was fresh and the burger was very favorable.

Goodness!! Let me tell you about these "rules" here. Met a group of people up here about 5 PM. Had drinks until about 6 PM. All ordered food. Others joined about 7 PM ~ also ordered food up until about 8 PM. Awaiting Mavericks Play-Offs game that stated about 8:30 PM. 9:30 rolls around mid-game and this establishment asserts they have "rules" that they can't serve the table if we haven't had food on table for 2 hours.....
