First time at this 54th street and this location. I live just a few blocks away and had high expectations as they are always so busy. Stoped in for a burger and a beer. The staff of great I was greeted upon entering and decided to sit in the bar. It was the food that earns the two stars. I ordered the all American burger with pink and fries. One of Mansfield's newest restaurants, usually a wait but we don't mind the food is worth it. Drinks are strong and the beer is cold. Ask for Beth if you can, great waitress we were joking around with her and she said we made her night it had been a long day for her. Never have had a bad waiter or waitress and the bartenders are great too, there is always a regular there when we get our drinks while waiting for a table.

I would give this place 3.5 stars if I could. It is on my very short list of places that are open near Midlothian past 9PM. I'm dying living here with the lack of sit down places to eat after 9PM...but I digress. This is an appropriately sized restaurant for the area, which means it is large. We really needed this size restaurant considering the lack of similar options around. There is a patio, there is a well stocked bar, there is a dining room that is decorated similar to the TGIF chain. At least they don't make the waits... read more

I do not know what happened to this place. I ordered from ubereats. They got a lot of her order walk and didn't even put it on the receipt but that was fine no big deal with that. One of my friends burger was raw that is not fine but at least they were willing to fix it or so we thought. They ended up doing the exact same thing when we brought it back and had them remake it. I was expecting better service. The food was good, and they have a large selection of draft beers but when it comes down to service, it was very lacking. We had to ask multiple times for drinks, napkins and even our check. I'm still waiting for that side of guacamole, which we ordered when we first ordered our meal we asked for it again, but never got it. We also asked for silverware but they didn't have any because they were still rolling them up. However there where 3 hostess standing by waiting to do something.

I don't typically write a bad review, but I was very unhappy with 54th Street. I went from the app to the website to get on the waiting list. I entered all the information and it said it was a 15 min wait with 4 groups ahead of me. I timed it to arrive at the restaurant just before the wait time. Parking was a challenge as the lot was full. I and a friend waited in the seating area waiting for my phone to go off, letting us know our table was ready. The absolute worst customer service ever. Put name on waiting list stating 45 min wait by staff. Receive text and enter building in 3 min I am told I have now been dropped from list and I can add it again and wait another 55 min. I WILL NEVER ATTEMPT TO GO THERE AGAIN. I give them a great big Zero

This was my first time here, it looks like a nice Buffalo Wild Wings. We got the nachos as an appetizer and they were pretty good. I had the prime rib French dip and fries and the French dip was incredible. No real issues, they messed up order so gave us a free cake. I'd definitely go back.
