First time dining and absolutely will be coming back. For appetizer my fiancé and I tried both the 'Shrooms' and chips with "gringo" dip. The Shrooms are larger than sterling dollars and stuffed with a cream cheese, battered and fried and served with a light horseradish sauce. The gringo dip is their version of espinaca dip. I prefer the gringo served with waffle fries instead of chips. Their Sangria (Red) is not too sweet, and very refreshing. You can tell they use fresh ginger in their Moscow mule. Food was extremely pricey for bar food and had small portions. Wait staff are not attentive at all, my glass was empty 3 times and I had to flag down someone to get a refill. Atmosphere was loud and we were sat next to a really loud, obnoxious drunk table.

Tried to place a to-go order over phone and was on hold for 20+ minutes. By then I already arrived at the restaurant so I had to go inside to the bar to place the order instead, while still on hold on the phone. Even after informing the bartender I didn't need a menu because I knew what I wanted I still had to wait 15+ minutes for my order to be taken, 15+ minutes for my ticket to pay for my food and 15+ minutes for my food to even be brought to me. 1. Customer Service: the hostess was pleasant and we did not wait long for a table. I was not a fan of being seated in the overly crowded bar area. I would have much preferred the dining room where it was not as busy. Our waitress was not the best. We ran out of drinks, which were not filled often. 2. Had to pick one star but really want to leave a zero star. The hostess was very rude and had an attitude when my family walked through the door. Then our waitress was kind of rude because she had to take care of a big family. We asked for a manager twice and no one would go get them. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

A group of us were going to go to 54th Street after a function on Thursday, April 8, 2022. There were going to be 10 of us. We used to do this regularly so I know it can be done. It was 9 p.m. but they are open til 11 p.m. so we didn't think it would be a problem. When we got there they said they weren't equipped to seat 10 of us in the dining room. Which I know they can push two tables together because they always did that in the past. I asked them to split us into two groups and then they said the cooks couldn't handle it.... read more
