So I'm trying to figure out why this place is rated so low. Came in for lunch today and we were greeted kindly and our waitress was so attentive, we didn't have to ask for refills or napkins. Our food came out pretty quickly. The crabcakes were definitely handcrafted and the corn mix was roasted to perfection. The tartar sauce aïoli and cocktail sauce were fabulous. The only rings were made just right. The beans were sweet and brisket in them was such a pleasant surprise. The burgers are on the thick side and expect the chee... read more

Waitress in the bar was very rude. Impatient and made us feel like we were a bother just asking questions. Not a very friendly atmosphere. We were not willing to spend any money there and walked out after our drinks were ordered.

Walked in, was greeted and asked if we had a seating preference, I didn't but my husband asked for a booth, we were sat in a booth, handed menus and silverware. And then nobody came. For 20 minutes, we actually counted it. I made eye contact with 3 different servers and for about 5 minutes there were no employees on the floor at all and then 4 people came out from the back, I guess it was a meeting time or something which, alright fine. But then making eye contact with people after they came out and nobody came over and even... read more

Been a long time since we has been to this 54th Street It is not close to our regular travels. First let me say the service was excellent. Food was also excellent and was allowed a not usual substitution on my Carne asada taco platter Thank you. The manager even came by to chat and check on us. We were seated immediately and the wait staff was right there for a drink order. Atmosphere was excellent. It will not be a long time before we go back. Thank you for a pleasant meal

Standard chain fare. Good always decent. Takes forever to get a beer. Plenty of tables and mediocre help.

First time dining and absolutely will be coming back. For appetizer my fiancé and I tried both the 'Shrooms' and chips with "gringo" dip. The Shrooms are larger than sterling dollars and stuffed with a cream cheese, battered and fried and served with a light horseradish sauce. The gringo dip is their version of espinaca dip. I prefer the gringo served with waffle fries instead of chips. Their Sangria (Red) is not too sweet, and very refreshing. You can tell they use fresh ginger in their Moscow mule. I had their Filet Mignon... read more

Food was extremely pricey for bar food and had small portions. Wait staff are not attentive at all, my glass was empty 3 times and I had to flag down someone to get a refill. Atmosphere was loud and we were sat next to a really loud, obnoxious drunk table.
