    As a program director I appreciate the ease of contacting with my cohorts on other campuses in our network of colleges. It is extremely beneficial to work in real time and have multiple options to connect with colleagues through phone or instant message. These options offer flexibilities that are faster and more efficient than e-mail.

    I had trouble faxing through my email account so I was told I could fax through 8X8. I tried it and now I only fax this way. It's quick and easy. Thanks

    We love how well customer service issues are handled. We left a previous vendor due to lack of caring for their customers. Ever since our change to 8x8 we have never looked back and have yet to be dissappointed. The reliability and call clarity is amazing. The 8x8 virtual office feature has been great at video teleconference and making presentations. We love the service and highly recommend to any business looking for a no hassle customer experience.

    What I love most about 8x8's services is that they are always there when you need them. If I have a question, no matter how trivial or simple to solve the support desk always handles it with grace and gratitude. They don't talk down to a customer who may not be as tech-savvy. I like that, because I don't like feeling put down or stupid when calling for help. The dashboard for setting up extensions, messaging and call forwarding is also very clear and user friendly.     I love the different features of the 8x8 phone service, which helps my employees manage client calls more effectively. The system works well and we don't have any technical issues on the unit. The representative at 8x8 is highly responsive to any request or question, which feels to me like a "white glove" service.

    In 2011 we opened 2 medical offices. Within 5 months we outgrew the space for one and moved. It was very easy and convenient to move the phones and update addresses on line. We have since opened 5 additional locations , using 8x8 services throughout. Emailing my rep, ordering additional phones, setting up new numbers for localized calling and faxing , while still maintaining great control of where phones are ringing and answered , has made this the easiest part of our growth and moves.     Life is easier with 8x8 Being able to stay connected with my business calls and voicemails and not have to carry a separate phone with a separate number is great. The fact I can stay connected with my voicemails via email is such a great tool. Anything that makes my life in the work field easier is OK by me! Thanks! :)
