When we first started our law firm three years ago we found the prospect of a traditional switch-board based phone system daunting. They are bulky and incredibly expensive. I love how we are able to be flexible as an agency for my staff and my clients. Having the ability to use the mobile app gives us the opportunity to work from home when the weather is bad and if my staff children are ill. We use it for texting, conferencing a bit and the fax. I was diagnosed with Leukemia in December of 2013 and spent a lot of time in the hospital and working from home since. We are a very small law firm doing battle with very big law firms, and 8x8 gives us communications capabilities that never let us down, and consistently impress our clients. We are capable of integrating attorneys from multiple locations, and we can add users and services with no outside help. We switched from another cloud based service and it was the best decision we every made.
I love the mobility of the service. Typically receptionist have to be in the office to support the phones; however, with 8x8 I am able to work from home and still provide the best customer service our clients have come to love.
