What I love most about my 8x8 is that extra extension that I keep at home. My girls are 12, 10, and 8, and because I work away from my additional 8x8 extension helps keep me in touch all the time. No need for a huge investment in hardware, ease of use, and reliability of service.
The wealth of features in our 8x8 system is wonderful. I'm consistently amazed at the array of features in our hardware and our software-based phone system. The clincher is the fact that any of our users can simply take their hardware phone home, and dial from home just as their dialing from the office. No configuration changes needed! No complicated setup. Connect the deskphone to any internet connection and go!

We had a "maw bell" phone set up for a while...costly and no service. Went to an in-house server with digital phones. Again costly, but also a pain in the butt to maintain and keep running. My son found 8 x 8 which we investigated and decided to use. What can I say.....easy install, reasonable pricing and great service. I love 8x8's fast response and progress of work. Recently, I submit the request for phone transfer for two from AT&T and that's it. There are nothing I had to do except I cancel the AT&T account. Whatever I ask these guys always kindly answer and their services is just nice and perfect. This is most successful ip phone service I ever experienced. Thank you 8x8!
