Customer support is amazing! The system is fairly easy to navigate and modify on our own but sometimes we get a little stuck. one quick call to our account representative and we are on the correct path. Call quality is very impressive as well.

We use 8x8 for ALL of our phone communication. The ease of use and convenience of being able to work from home without missing out on anything in the office is invaluable.
