We just moved to 2 locations several miles away from each other. We simply plugged the 8x8 phones that moved to the new location into the Hub at the new location and all of the phones, extensions, etc. worked flawlessly as if we were in the same building. Very nice to just have things work correctly without needing to hire IT help.
There are several reasons why 8x8 is an outstanding VOIP provider. The best feature is the ability for employees that are working remotely to have the same access as sitting in their office.
We love 8x8's easy integration to Salesforce, keeping all of our contacts and accounts under one roof and seamlessly integrating our phone system and CRM. The one-click call feature also allows us to save time and reach out to potential customers faster. 8x8 helps our award winning customer experience tremendously by attaching customer's contact information to their account. 8x8 brings this information up automatically on an inbound call, so we can have a more personal and warm introduction every time.
My business is mobile and multiple states .. 8x8 goes with me and I just plug the phone into any internet source and I am up and running right away. We just installed our 8x8 services so are still learning a lot about all the options we have. The programming flexibility is great and has allowed us to customize the system to meet our needs. Additionally, the flexibility to hear/view/access voice mails in real time is awesome! We've got a lot to learn but are looking forward to taking advantage of all 8x8 has to offer.

We love the fact that our patients can call the office and speak to a person right away as opposed to dealing with all the red tape. We have had minimal issues with 8x8, and the patients seem to notice the difference!
I'm a road warrior... constantly on the hunt for new business and traveling to meeting new clients. I love how 8X8 keeps me and my team connected. I cannot imaging going back to my old service and losing the ability to listen to voicemails on my iPhone as they come through. I'm more efficient and can respond to client requests in real-time to close deals.
We love the inter-office chat and being able to see who is busy and who is not for mission critical communication on our team.
