The auto attendant took our level of professionalism and customer service to the top. By giving them the caller options in the menu it allows us to "market" the products we offer within our company to every caller which is always helping grow our insurance agency.

We move to 8x8 a few years ago and prior to our moving we were using ATT. They were charging us an arm and a leg and we were using old telephones that had zero capabilities. I friends of mine told me they were using 8X8 and loved the service. I called an spoke with a account rep and I was SOLD! I really appreciate the phenomenal customer service, on top of the great service all around provided by 8x8. We had an issue with older model phones and converting our service from 8x8 to another service, then back to 8x8 within the first 2 months of the other service. First and foremost, the other service was not at all comparable to the reliability and range of services provided by 8x8.
