We love the versatility of 8x8. My favorite features are the ability to change the greeting, easily change business hours on holidays, forward extensions when employees are absent, and to top it off the price is right! We are very happy that when we chose to go VOiP we chose 8x8.
We enjoy being able to use the screen sharing option in virtual meetings to train our offices on different software and web sites remotely. It has been a great tool for new and existing customers!
8x8 allows me to organize my contact lists and helps me to scan unwanted calls. Another good feature is to store my voice mails in e-files.
