Hassle free International calls with great quality in voice
I love the fact that we can access 8x8 from anywhere. We had a massive power outage and I was able to answer incoming calls from my home laptop!
Ease of installation... ease of operations... customization and can grow as we grow... The 8x8 staff, technical support and online tools are second to none... We are glad we went with 8x8...
The ease of use of sending a fax, we used to do it the old way but now we are able to send faxes with ease right from our computer. We also love the auto attendant, this has freed up our assistant from constantly directing calls and allows him to focus more on our business. We have seen productivity results from day one of implementation!! Thank you 8x8!
I love using the softphone and to be able to take business calls on my cell phone wherever I am! 8 x 8 is so easy to use and the price point is perfect.
