My favorite part of 8X8 services is getting a recording of a voicemail emailed to me. Saves so much time and hassle and allows me to respond to my clients as quickly and efficiently as possible!

We love virtual office. It helps us communicate between two offices. We can instant message each other while on the phone with clients. We also like to send faxes directly from the app. Being able to access this is also beneficial to the owners because they can work from home and still communicate with us. I couldn't imagine working without it.
Love is a strong word, but I have to say,nothing, so far...I do like the voicemail feature that you do not have to call in to retrieve a voice message and you do not need to enter a password.

The ability to flex between the desktop phone and the app for employees that work both in the office and at home. The app is also more helpful for checking VM than the desktop, you can see call duration and know that a 2-4 second call is most likely a hang-up and it can be deleted. Thanks!
We use 8x8 as a provider for several clients. Being an IT company ourselves, 8x8 has allowed us to conduct business with each client in an efficient and expeditious manner. Not only is everything smoother with 8x8's service but when we sign on a new client there has been an amazing level of customer service from 8x8's representatives. We love the fact that it is clearer than land lines. Also love the fact that we can conference and Do Not Disturb function. Faxes are easier also and we don't have to print the ones that are trash mail.
