We can receive and make calls whenever and wherever. There was one time when my polycom is not working, and I have lots of meetings to host within the day, good thing that 8x8 have a soft phone. 8x8 saved my day!

There is so much flexibility with Ring Groups. We have a number of virtual lines that point to ring groups so we can answer the phone in different ways, depending on what line the caller uses. We can change, with ease, those groups depending on people's availability.

I am new to 8X8 however it's probably the BEST tool I've ever used in my 20+ years working in Customer Service. It's easy(user friendly), extremely functional and efficient. When you're on the phone all day working it's a huge time saver. I wish I had this at home!! Christine
It keeps us easily connected even as we work from other sides of the country. Our support department relies heavily on it and it was very simple to use and reliable. A couple of our new employees (me included back when I started) weren't too savy with the VOIP phones and had trouble setting them up but when each of us called 8x8 support the representatives were nice, knowledgeable, and quickly got us set up so we could get back to helping our own customers.
