We recently relocated our office and upgraded all of our technology to include VOIP soft phones. After experiencing downtime for about 50% of the time, we finally switched to 8x8 and have had about 3 hours of total downtime in the past month, which was caused by a faulty router and not the phone system. Thanks 8x8!
The voicemail service is out oft his world easy to use and functional.
8x8 has been instrumental in providing excellent customer service and products for Lutheran Services of Florida! Currently we manage 8 Headstart / Early Headstart school centers for low income families and communications between our administration center and each of these centers is crucial. 8x8 and our Polycom IP phones have provided uninterruptible service since the installation in January 2015! I cannot begin to tell you how ONE of my businesses love 8x8 more than the other. I found 8x8 when I was at Universal City Walk and with Jon Lovitz Comedy Club. It was the best solution for a business that was not often available on site and needed multiple auto attendant options. Despite the fact that that company failed miserably, 8x8 never did. We switched to 8x8 and it has been incredible. I love that my office number can ring to my cell phone. As somebody who is often traveling, having my office ring to my cell phone has made it possible for me to keep my cell phone number private. It is also great that my messages are sent to my e-mail inbox. I can easily forward a message meant for a different department. It is user friendly and hassle free. I don't know how we went this long with our old system and wish we would have switched sooner!
