I love all of the features the system offers and considering there are a lot of features I love how easy it is to navigate through it. Even with the ease of navigating if I should get stuck I just pick up the phone and call tech support and they are there to help me.
Being able to market to our clients during evening hours is the best thing that could have happened. Having the eas to pick up your laptop and get to work is great!

The ability to create individual conference call lines have really made conference calls with clients easier and more effective. We previously used a service which was unstable and had constant connection and noise problems. We have had very consistent and reliable service via the 8x8 conference lines. The ability to use the mobile app to place calls and check voicemails remotely is also very helpful. Thanks!

No Problems No Down time Technical service was great when we had questions
Our company joined 8x8 near the end of 2008. We'd been on an in-house system, and it was getting pretty old. At the time, we had around 25 employees, and maintaining and managing the phone system was just another task that our IT department of one had to handle. We decided to give 8x8 a shot, and it's one of the best decisions we've made. The service and support have been fantastic, and a lot of that is thanks to our account manager, David.
