8x8 has helped with the overall workflow of our office. The online portal makes it easy to send faxes, check the status of colleagues and I am able to see if I have any voicemails. There are tons of features I have yet to explore but the ones that I do use help me be more productive.

With the 8X8 Voips phones we have been well ahead of managing our budget by cutting costs and being efficiently able to not miss one single call whether we are out on vacation, on the road or away from our desks. The need for a receptionist has been eliminated and we have been able to use those monies towards upgrading our internet and other office necessities. We are new to the 8x8 platform, came over from Vocalocity. The 8x8 system is head and shoulders better than our previous experience. The Outlook integration is awesome and the cell phone application puts the office "on the road". We were also able to cancel our previous paperless fax application and use the integrated service with 8x8. Support during the changeover was spectacular.
