Our company joined 8x8 near the end of 2008. We'd been on an in-house system, and it was getting pretty old. At the time, we had around 25 employees, and maintaining and managing the phone system was just another task that our IT department of one had to handle. When taking appointments and following up with patients, 8x8 allows us to focus on what's important; patient care. Our most recent success with 8x8 included a situation where our primary physician was able to work remotely for part of the day and use the mobile app to contact patients as if she was in the office.

I like the options available for receiving or making calls. I can use a headset on the computer, or I can have calls forwarded to my mobile phone so I don't miss calls when away from my desk. The mobile app makes it possible to make and receive calls even when out of the office. Company contacts are easy to find. Email notifications for missed calls and voicemail recordings are a big plus as well.
I love the accessibility of our extensions via your mobile apps and your website.
I love the accessibility, to find someone who works for my company with only typing in the first letter or two of their name. But I mostly love the convenience of working from home with little to no problems contacting my clients and customers! :)
