The voicemail system and the phones work very well
I run a simple appraisal simple appraisal business. My job takes me all over the state, shuttling from town to town. This means that most of the time, my office phone is left all on it's lonesome back at the office. The 8x8 phone application has been a godsend. Turning it on, I can both receive and make calls as if I hadn't never left the office, all from the road.
It was a blessing in disguise, when our Lucent Technology Phone system crashed. We replaced with 8x8 and it has saved us so much. We had several lines and multiple bills. I have yet to utilize the online training but when I figure out how to maximize the service it will be great.
